Auto ESA Assistance Card
Take advantage of the Auto ESA assistance card.
In order to improve our service quality, we have launched our own Auto ESA Assistance facility for our customers, provided in collaboration with ACA1213 a.s.
We offer our clients complete around the clock assistance services + traffic information over the phone on a special ESA Assistance line reserved exclusively for Auto ESA customers.
Clients may use the facility repeatedly based on an assistance car. Cards can easily be reactivated for another period after their expiration.
The following cards are available for cars bought from an Auto ESA used car dealership.*
Auto ESA Travel Assistance Card
This will guarantee you a wide range of assistance services in the Czech Republic and throughout Europe year-long free of charge or with major discounts.

Auto ESA Disabled Travel Assistance Card
This card is provided for disabled motorists, holders of the ZTP card. The advantages are identical as above, except for the substitute car. We instead guarantee alternative substitute transport (of your preference) such as bus or train with FREE TICKETS.

Extending card validity
Have you bought and activated an assistance card, have you drawn on the services, and have you been satisfied? Are you considering buying another? Take advantage of the following offer:
contact us by dialling 800 555 555, where we will instruct you on how to proceed
after receiving your payment for the corresponding card type, its validity will be extended by 13 months after the day following its expiry date, and your card will be active throughout
you keep the originally issued card
you get a bonus of one extra month of card validity at the original price, depending on the type of card you own
bonus 10% discount for buying car accessories from the Auto ESA offer
free installation while you wait when buying a car radio or tyres
Pursuant to Section 51 of the VAT Act, assistance card sales are exempt from VAT. VAT cannot be enforced.
